Wheatberry Baking Company is a local bakery located in Reno, NV.  We offer hand-crafted artisan breads, pastries, sandwiches, salads & soup.

Wheatberry Baking Company’s owner Stephanie grew up in Sparks NV.  After 16 years of practicing her craft while moving around the United States, Stephanie moved back to Northern Nevada and has been working to bring her love of baking to her community. Stephanie’s passion for baking started when she was a child, growing up in a home where going out to eat was a rarity and nearly every meal was prepared from a recipe out of the most recent Bon Appetit Magazine. It is safe to say there were no Little Debbie’s waiting in the cabinet when she came home from school.

We are excited about sharing our quality baked goods and are looking forward to serving Reno and our surrounding communities.
